The unit came in a mangled box but came out looking OK. The directions and hardware made it fairly easy to complete the installation and it felt solid. Only time will tell if it holds up to a New England winter - hopefully many of them.

Web site, purchase, shipping all handled very well. I would have preferred better monitoring of shipping so i would see when item would arrive. Product arrived unbroken and was relatively easy to install. Likely to use to Prius Accessory in future.
