Utilizing state-of-the-are Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) software in the design process the 2010-2011 Prius maintains a remarkable 0.25 coefficient of drag, while also enhancing down force and curb appeal.

Our Aero Kit is also manufactured with the same polyurethane materials used in the construction of eco-friendly commercial buildings. Going green never looked so good.

Each component of the kit is manufactured in a high pressure RIM molded polyurethane process. The polyurethane material is an impact resistant and highly durable material crash tested to meet OE specifications. 

The kit manufactured by 3dCarbon has a 12 month / 12K mile warranty on the Prius body kit components.

The air dam is attached to the original front bumper with 3M double face tape and corrosion resistant screws in the wheel wells and OE attachment clips under the front.

The side skirts are attached to the sides of the body with 3M double face tape and OE attachment clips.

The rear lower skirt  is attached to the original front bumper with 3M double face tape and corrosion resistant screws in the wheel wells and OE attachment clips underneath the rear.

The Prius body kit will require prepping- priming and painting prior to installation.

3dCarbon offers the complete kit pre painted in all factory colors – the kit is cloth and foam wrapped for safe shipping. The kit will be ready to install when it is pre painted.
